These hot plates are ideal for cold rooms and can be used at 0-27°C with 80% relative humidity, in a non-condensing environment. Stir Trac technology offers improved slow speed stirring, consistent speed control and stronger magnetic coupling from 50 rpm to 1200 rpm. The integral ring stand holder accepts 1.3cm diameter support rod. A single knob design controls heating/stirring and goes up slowly when rotated slowly and faster when rotated faster. Adjustable 1 °C and 1 rpm increments. The RS232 port enables output of time count, temp set points, top surface/remote probe temp, stirring set point and actual speed to a printer or computer. Supplied with 6" type K probe, detachable cord, retention bracket that prevents cord from accidental removal, and a TFE-coated stir bar.
