Andwin Scientific 12X12 CERAMIC HOTPLATE 115V EA
The 115V hot plate features a 12x12 corrosion-resistant ceramic top ideal for high temperature applications housed in an aluminum frame for cooler edges. It also boast an epoxy-coated cast-aluminum body for maximum durability and stability. The temperature range runs from 49 to 450C. The unit includes a 6ft cord with plug.

These hot plates are ideal for cold rooms and can be used at 0-27°C with 80% relative humidity, in a non-condensing environment. Stir Trac technology offers improved slow speed stirring, consistent speed control and stronger magnetic coupling from 50 rpm to 1200 rpm. The integral ring stand holder accepts 1.3cm diameter support rod. A single knob design controls heating/stirring and goes up slowly when rotated slowly and faster when rotated faster. Adjustable 1 °C and 1 rpm increments. The RS232 port enables output of time count, temp set points, top surface/remote probe temp, stirring set point and actual speed to a printer or computer. Consistent and repeatable temperature is maintained from 25 °C up to 550 °C and is adjustable in 5 °C increments. Display blinks until temp is reached and LED HOT TOP icon lights up when top plate is over 60°C and separate temp sensor provides power cutoff if unit overheats.
An optional external temp controller is available for inside the vessel and will shut off unit when is not in liquid. Stirring speed range is from 60-1150 RPM. SuperNuova digital stirers with Stir Trac offers improved slow speed stirring, consisting speed control and stronger magnetic coupling from 50 rpm up to 1200 rpm. The seamlesss reflective white ceramic top enhances sample visibility and the rugged low-profile cast aluminum body provides stability and durability. The easy-to-read digital displays indicate rpm for stirring models, adjustable in 1 rpm increments. The user programmable preset buttons allow for up to four often-used stirring speeds to be recalled at the touch of a single button. Set points go up slowly when the knob is rotated slowly, faster as the knob is rotated faster. The knob then is locked out to avoid accidental changes. All models supplied with 2" x 3/8" dia TFE-coated stir bar, detachable cord and retention racket that prevents cord from accidentally removed.
